Ingredients:
For
the Filling:
1.
Cabbage – 1/4 medium sized, finely chopped
2.
Carrot – 1 finely grated
3.
Onions – 1 finely sliced
4.
Vegetable Oil – 1 tbsp
5.
Pepper – 2 tsp
6.
Salt – According to the taste
For the Chapati
1.
All purpose Flour or Maida – 1 cup
2.
Vegetable Oil – 1tsp
3.
Salt according to the taste
For Assembling:
1.
Tissue Paper
2.
Onion – 1 medium sized, finely sliced
3.
Chili Sauce – 2 tbsp
4.
Tomato Ketchup – 4 tbsp
How To Cook
For the Chapati or Covering:
- Take 1 cup of all-purpose flour (Maida) add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil to it.
- Add water slowly to the mixture and knead the flour.
- Knead it till you make a soft dough out of it.
- After the dough is done, keep it for 1 hour.
- Make small balls out of it and roll it into round shape.
- Heat the tawa or griddle.
- Add the rolled dough into the dough. Let it cook for 1-2 mins till the bubbles come out.
- Turn and let it cook till the bubbles get browned.
- Add the oil to it and let the covering get a golden brown color.
For the filling:
1.
Heat a pan. Once the pan is heated, add oil
to it.

Add the sliced onions and saute it for 1-2
mins.
3.
Once the onions get translucent, add the finely
chopped cabbage and cook it till the water is released from the cabbage
and it gets dried up.
4.
Add the grated carrot and cook it for 1-2 mins.
5.
Then finally add salt according to taste and 2
tsp pepper powder.
Assembling
- Take the tissue paper and fold it into half.
- Add the Chapati or Roll covers in such a way that half of it stays on the tissue paper.
- Brush 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup and 1/2 tbsp of chili sauce on the surface of the Roll cover.
- Place the sliced onions in the center of the cover in a vertical diameter.
- Add the cooked filling above the sliced onions.
- Roll the paper and the cover together.
