Regarding making baked mushroom-lentil fries
Clean the lentil with
water thoroughly and put it in the pan. Insert one cup of water from top
to top. Add fast and vegetable soup as well.
Boil the mixture after
lightening the flame and cook on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes. Your
pulse should be soft in such a long time.
After that remove it from
the flame and filter it. Cool it for a few minutes. Now mix grated
lentils, mushrooms, oats and spices in the mix and grind it.
Keep in mind that your mix
must be slightly thick. Now add onion and garlic in a pan and fry it. After
this mix the mixture of mushroom-dal-oats in it.
Cook for a few minutes. Then
add red wine into it. This mixer will get a thick color. Also add soy
sauce, salt and pepper in it. Mix.
Now this is the time to make Fritters/ पकौड़े. Put an egg in the mixer, so that the blindness can be used to bake.
Make fritters from mixer
to bake at 250 ° C, for about 25 to 30 minutes.
When the fritters appear
to be crisp from outside, serve them with a ranch or meo dip.
