Ingredients Of Baked Mushroom-Dal Fryers

  • ½ Cup lentil pulse/ 
  • 1 teapot
  • Half cube vegetable soup
  • 100 gms white mushrooms
  • ¼ oats
  • Dry mix herbs & spices
  • (Oregano/अजवाइन, coriander/ धनिया, Thyme/ अजवायन के फूल, Red Chili flakes/ लाल मिर्च के गुच्छे)  
  • 1 Small size Chapped Onion
  • 1-2 Chopped Garlic
  • 2tsp red wine
  • 1tsp soy sauce
  • An egg (Optional)
  • Salt and pepper according to test 

Regarding making baked mushroom-lentil fries

  • Clean the lentil with water thoroughly and put it in the pan. Insert one cup of water from top to top. Add fast and vegetable soup as well.
  • Boil the mixture after lightening the flame and cook on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes. Your pulse should be soft in such a long time.
  • After that remove it from the flame and filter it. Cool it for a few minutes. Now mix grated lentils, mushrooms, oats and spices in the mix and grind it.
  • Keep in mind that your mix must be slightly thick. Now add onion and garlic in a pan and fry it. After this mix the mixture of mushroom-dal-oats in it.
  • Cook for a few minutes. Then add red wine into it. This mixer will get a thick color. Also add soy sauce, salt and pepper in it. Mix.
  • Now this is the time to make Fritters/ पकौड़े. Put an egg in the mixer, so that the blindness can be used to bake.

  • Make fritters from mixer to bake at 250 ° C, for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  • When the fritters appear to be crisp from outside, serve them with a ranch or meo dip.
