Ingredientes for Chingudi Rai
Parwan - 500mg 1 Onion 2 Tomato 1 Spoon Garlic Paste 1 Spoon Mustard Curry leaves 1 Spoon Chilli Powder coriander Leaves Turmeric powder Oil 2 tsp Salt as per testHow To make
Wash the Prawn and mold with Turmeric powder and salt
Set the pan on Fire
Then half fray the Chingudi (prawn) and keep aside
Pore oil when pan is heating and fray mustard and curry leaves
Then pore chapped onion into the frayed mustard and curry leaves..
after getting red pore tomato and fray it
Then pore Chili Powder ,Turmeric powder and green chili with half fried Prawn
Add some water then keep it on flame for well bolling
After that Your Chingidi Rai Is ready
