Ingredients for  Halwa recipe 

1/2 cup Deshi Ghee(150gms)
4/5 laung(clove)
200 gm Atta (wheat Flour)
1/2 Cup Suji 50mg (semolina)
200gm Gur (jaggery) 
1 Cup milk 
Few strands saffron
30gm kishmish(raisins)

How To Cook Gur Aur Atte Ka Halwa Recipe

  1. Take desi ghee in a pan. Add in cloves for tempering.
  2. Stir fry wheat flour and semolina together until golden brown.
  3. Add jaggery and saute.
  4. In another pan, boil equal parts milk and water with saffron.
  5. When flour and semolina start releasing fragrance, add the milk and water.
  6. Cook till done, then cool to room temperature and mix in raisins.
